Ministry of Digital Economy launches citizen questionnaire to enhance government services

Amman, June 11 (Petra) -- The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has introduced a questionnaire on the e-Government portal (www.jordan.gov.jo), a step towards enhancing public participation and improving government services.

In a statement on Sunday, the ministry highlighted the purpose of the questionnaire to gather valuable feedback from citizens regarding government services that are earmarked for automation and integration into the SANAD application.

Through this initiative, the ministry invites all citizens to actively participate by sharing their opinions and suggestions on the digitization of government services provided by key entities such as the Jordan Media Commission, the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission, and the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission.

To ensure easy access and maximum citizen engagement, the questionnaire is now available on the official e-Government portal at the following link: https://portal.jordan.gov.jo/wps/portal/Home/Connect/Survey. The deadline for participation has been set for June 12th.

Underscoring the significance of this initiative, the ministry emphasized its commitment to reinforcing community participation in decision-making processes, fostering transparency, and cultivating trust in government performance. By actively seeking citizen feedback, the government aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of e-government services, aligning them more closely with the needs and expectations of the beneficiaries.
